In Washington, we operate as a “dry bar” — our hosts provide and own the alcohol, and we handle the rest. From mixers and garnishes to cups, ice, and creative cocktail ideas, we bring the full bar experience to your event. The bar must be set up as a Hosted Bar (drinks are complimentary to the guests) as we are not permitted to sell alcohol in Washington.
Different events, different needs, different prices
We offer three different packages and some events fall into those! However, some don’t. Please reach out to us to talk about your event and we will create a quote that creates the event you’re looking for!
Sweet and simple

This is a four hour pour service of beer, wine and champagne. We can tap two half kegs at a time and will work with you to ensure the proper amount of alcohol is purchased!

With the Bar Trailer:
$750 plus $1 per person attending the event
With the Pop Up Bar:
$500 plus $1 per person attending the event

This is a four hour pour service of beer, wine and champagne. It also includes two custom cocktails! We will work together to create delicious cocktails and prepare an appropriate shopping list!

$1000 plus $1.50 per person attending event
With the Pop-Up Bar:
$700 plus $1.50 per person attending the event

This is a four hour pour service of beer, wine and champagne, two custom cocktails and a selection of mixers for a full bar experience! This package also includes an additional bartender, and shopping list we will build together!

$1600 plus $2 per person attending event.
With the Pop Up Bar:
$1200 plus $2 per person attending
extra bartender
If you’d like to add an additional bartender to your service, you can do so at $45 per hour!
additional hours and travel fees
Additional pour hours will be billed at $150 per hour. We consider our service area to be 40 miles from our Headquarters in Rathdrum, ID. Additional miles will be billed at $1.50/mile
bartender only
If your event doesn’t require the whole set up, we book bartender only events at $75/hour per bartender! We can also prepare all the supplies at additional cost.
what is included?
Are you wondering what is included in our services? Well let us tell you! We supply all disposable drinkware. P.S. we do have upgrades available if you’re wanting some super fancy glasses, garnishes, ice preferences etc.! We work with you to create an amazing menu and shopping list to ensure you have plenty of beer, wine and liquor! We also supply all of the bar supplies, straws, ice, napkins, standard mixers (cocktail packages only,) insurance, garnishes, coolers and refrigeration, a delicious mocktail, 4 hour service time, set up and break down (we’re usually the first vendor to the event and the last ones to leave with the amount of work it takes to get this looking and functioning so perfectly! We spend hours preparing and traveling but we wouldn’t trade it for the world!
